Room to let with onsuit shower wash hand / toilet

There was a young lady living here for 2 years had to leave due to going back to look after her mum. She enjoy living here came and went her own exit and all got on well large kitchen diner and there is a front TV room she had her privacy and was well pleased with the on suit and not having to share, she was a pleasure to be around and we all fitted well together. The town centre is 10 minute walk and the hospital was 8 minute walk everything close and easy to get to also parking at the front. garden at the rear and south facing plenty of sun all day when it is out. Yes I would say it would be good to have a look at the place. the rent not bad and bills included as others are more for what you get you would be pleased i am sure
