Excellent refurbished double room on Preston Road, Yeovil. This room is large enough to use as a bed sitting room. It is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There is a super newly refurbished shower room/wc and a further shower and wc. There is a weekly cleaner and all bills are included except tv licence and broadband. The house has a very nice rear garden which is tended by a gardener. There is unlimited on-steet parking and the property is within walking distance of Agusta Westland, with the town centre a 10 minute walk, or buses pass every 15 minutes. The other residents are tidy and quiet. All in all a great place to live!
