Ideally looking for long term rental, however all circumstances are considered. The house is a 3 bedroom furnished Semi detached property. I have a garage and off street parking, large garden, which backs on to a park. I have all the amenities that you may require, fibre broadband, access to Netflix, Now tv etc. The rent includes all bills, a cleaner and gardener.

The room is furnished with, double bed, bedside cabinets a wardrobe and chest a drawers.

The house is close to yeovil college, town, local shops, pharmacy etc. Walking / cycling distance to Leonardo Helicopters, hospitals and schools,

My current tenant has found the house and location perfect for work and other amenities.

Ideally looking for someone that is clean, tidy and will respect my house, whilst i am working abroad.
