We have a Large single room in a shared house in Goldcroft available. The house is shared with 4 other working men. Goldcroft is situated very close (5 mins walking) from the hospital and town centre (7 mins).

The room has a single bed with comfortable mattress, large Wardrobe, tallboy unit, chests of drawers, Basin with hot and cold water. Large window making this a really light room. Good carpet and underlay.

The kitchen is fully fitted out with large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and a rotary dryer outside. All appliances fully safety compliant and checked regularly. A shared low maintenance garden for use by tenants on a sunny day. Cleaner visits once a week for the communal areas.

Works are planned for the summer to upgrade elements of the kitchen and bathroom.

All tenants are friendly and we maintain a very settled calm and quiet house where you get to come home and relax after a long shift at work.

Super Fast Fibre Broadband being fitted later in April and included.
