Full use of the rest of the house: Large kitchen diner with full cooking facilities, washing machine and dishwasher. Separate 21ft lounge, modern bathroom completely updated last March. There is an enclosed garden and driveway parking.

All amenities bills included as well as broadband.

Housemate MUST be ok with pets. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs living in the property, all of whom are friendly.

Would suit independent student or professional. Also happy with Monday-Friday let. I work quite long hours so am only really around in the evenings. I am also away most weekends during the summer (taking the dogs with me).
I’m friendly and easy-going and dependent on work patterns happy to cook together etc.

Housemate should be clean and tidy. Sorry, NO smokers.
