Work full time and enjoy chilling at home in the week or going to the pub occasionally. Have friends around for dinner and a catch up. I have a dog so must be ok with that. Someone respectful and tidy. Would possibly consider a couple but rent would need to reflect this. Room can be furnished or un furnished. I'm more concerned with having the right person than filling the room asap. Would want to meet before. Can show you around the house etc and maybe go for a drink. Any questions just ask. Ages aren't set in stone of new housemate as long as similar wave length.
