Looking for a housemate or two

I'm a live in landlord, looking for a suitable housemates to help make ends meet.

No contractors sorry!
2 month’s rent up front - this gives us both a month’s notice period. Not negotiable, sorry!

Lovely big warm house with 3 big bedrooms, one bathroom and a downstairs toilet too,

Nice big garden but NO parking available in the street- the street is already full and the neighbours will Hate us! And it’s the kind of street where everyone talks to each other.

Water rates, council tax and broadband included.
Also gas and electric on the basis of fair usage.
Weekly bedding change and cleaning included but you’d be expected to clean as you go in the kitchen and shared rooms.
Crockery and kitchen stuff provided.

I'm easy going, like to feed people, happy to have friends around for an evening on occasion and overnight guests by prior arrangement only.

I work a lot and have a lot of balls in the air - have all sorts of interests,

My house is comfortable but is a work in progress, have a few ongoing projects
