Lovely bright room with lovely sea views.
We are a busy working couple, with 2 cats, 2 dogs & rather a lot of fish.
We enjoy renting our room to lovely folk. We would prefer a long term let, but may consider shorter term for the right person.
The room is bright and comfortable, furnished with bookshelves, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bed can be used as a large single, or pulled out to kingsize.
We might consider allowing a small pet, however, this would need to be discussed in advance.
We are in easy reach of shops, bus, train and the beach.
Rent is 380 per month in advance, including bills & internet.
We don't demand a deposit in addition to the rent, but we do need references, as you'll be moving into our home.
We will consider short term housing benefit/ universal credit while you find a job.
