Double Room with Ensuite

Hey! I’m Rhiannon and I’m an Interior Designer based in London. One of the tenants is moving out of my flat, so I’m looking for a lovely person to live with my good friend, Hannah.

Hannah is lovely, respectful and sociable. She works full-time in Cardiff and often works from home.

The flat is spacious and bright with high ceilings and big windows. There are lovely views from the kitchen/lounge overlooking Barry and it’s in walking distance of the local beaches, parks and train stations. The bedroom includes a double ottoman bed, a wardrobe with two drawers, and two bedside tables and lamps. There is also an ensuite with a toilet, sink and shower.

The flat is situated in a building with two other flats (this is a first floor flat). There are two gardens - one at the front and the other at the back of the property - they are communal.

It’s a minimum of 6 months, and then it’ll be a rolling contract, with 2 months notice.
