I Iive here alone with my 6 year old male beagle.

I work from home (3rd bedroom is my office) so at home most of the week.

I don't smoke, rarely drink and I keep my house clean and tidy. I don't listen to loud music.

The room has a double bed, clothes cupboard its own bathroom next door. It's a few minute walk to Barry train station and a few minute walk to the main beach. It's a lovely area to live. Gym and restaurants nearby.
I rarely use the living room and there is potential space for a small desk so that it can be used as an office on the week days.
