Room available in 3 bed town house

Single room in quiet 3 bed home very near to Barry Island, Asda, Morissons and Good sheds.

Room with bed and storage unit. Room has access to shared bathroom with current male (27) lodger, residents have an ensuit. Bathroom has toilet, sink and bath with shower. The kitchen is a shared space however the living room is not. The house also has a utility room with washer and drier you will need to supply your own detergents.

You would be responsible for keeping your own room clean and most of the bathroom however I do give the bathroom a once over now and then as any guests will use it.

This is a quiet house as a 24 hour shift worker I am subjected to sleeping at all time of day and my partner works from home on weekdays and weekends.
