Double room available in bright and tidy 2 bed top floor apartment with high ceilings, available immediately. Please still get in touch if you’re looking to move in at a later date. I’m preferably looking for someone to move in before mid November.

All bills included (includes council tax band C) except TV license as I currently have no need for one. Very large smart TV is located in the living room and smaller TV for use in your bedroom. Bi-weekly cleaning also included.

I’m going to be working away a lot from mid November (may be sooner if I find a lodger quickly) so will very rarely be home. You will mostly have the entire place to yourself. I’m looking for somebody clean, tidy and respectful.

Your bedroom:
Double bed, large chest of drawers, small TV, dressing table with stool, bedside drawers and two windows so lots of light. I have also attached a photo of the bedroom I would occupy as there will be space in the fitted wardrobe if you need to hang any clothes! :)

Shared spaces (on the rare occasion I may be home):

Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet with soft close seat, sink with storage unit underneath and bathroom basket unit with hidden laundry basket for your use (I have my own in the bedroom). Also has shaving outlet.

Open plan living room/kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 stools along with desk area with chair and corner sofa that opens into sofa bed. Kitchen with access to kitchenware/utensils, oven, electric hob, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer and Virgin Pure water filter which provides fresh/cold water and boiled water for tea/coffee. You’ll also have plenty of room in the fridge freezer also as this is full sized and always kept clean.

There’s also a storage cupboard on your left as you walk in which I use to store shoes that you would be welcome to use.
