Double room in 3 bed town house

Double room in quiet 3 bed home very near to Barry Island Close to Asda, Morissons and Good sheds.

Room with bed, wardrobe and storage unit. Room has access to shared bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and bath with shower. kitchen with common amenities and also a utility room with washer and drier.

On street parking is available and around a 1 minute walk from the house.

This is a room only lodging with use of bathroom, kitchen and utility. As politely as possible we already have friends and social lives.

This is a quiet house as a 24 hour shift worker I am subjected to sleeping at all time of day and my partner works from home on weekdays and weekends.

You would be responsible for keeping your own room clean and keeping the bathroom in a reasonable condition.

My current lodger is due to move out in the coming week, the room will be ready by 8/8/25

We have one other lodger in another room.
