I am a female live-in landlord looking for a professional housemate to join our respectful and welcoming Victorian semi-detached house. You would be joining a balanced and inclusive household consisting of myself, my husband, and two other friendly lodgers (one male, one female). We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, drama-free, and relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels completely at ease. As we have two dogs and two cats, this is a real animal-lover's home; our pets are very much part of the family and contribute to the warm, friendly vibe we enjoy here.

The house offers plenty of space for relaxation, including a large lounge with bay-fronted windows that boast lovely views of the sea. It is a perfect spot for unwinding on the comfy sofa, equipped with a 55" smart TV and a Sonos sound system. You will also have full access to our extensive common kitchen, which features an American-style fridge-freezer, and a separate dining room that comfortably seats six. For your convenience, there are two bathrooms available with two showers and a separate bath.

Your recently redecorated bedroom is bright and spacious, coming fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a double storage bed—though we are happy to remove these if you prefer your own furniture. To keep things simple, all bills are included in the rent, covering electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV license, Netflix and high-speed broadband.

The location is ideal for commuters, situated just a four-minute walk from Barry Dock station, which provides direct access to Cardiff City Centre in 15 minutes. We are also an 11-minute drive from Cardiff International Airport, with multiple supermarkets nearby and easy on-street parking available.

We are looking for a professional individual for a minimum six-month tenancy. Please note that while we love our own pets, we are unable to accept any additional animals, smokers, or couples.
A deposit of one month’s rent is required.
