I have a decent size single room - on the ground floor of my town house - there is a Trundle bed (can be made into a double) with a clothes rail and a desk if you want it.
Its light, fresh and airy. You will have your own bathroom.
It is a quiet residential area, situated between Morrisons and Asda - close to Goodsheds and various local amenities such as Train Stations and bus routes. Its a 15min walk to the beach.

This would be ideal for a Professional person needing somewhere short term, whilst looking to move and live in the area.

You must like cats - I have 2 - both very cheeky and friendly.
I am away most weekends.
