Town Centre Double Room Available Soon

Our current lodger is moving in with their partner after living with us for over 4 years, so we have a room available for someone else to come and join our friendly, relaxed home.
We both work full time, and prefer someone who is working, or studying, but are open to a conversation if you're new to the area, or getting back on your feet.
We have pets, so you must be an animal lover.
We love meeting people from all over the world, and welcome everyone equally.
We've only recently moved into this house, and it is a work in progress which is why the rent is cheap.
The does include Internet, but not suitable for a gamer.
You must be friendly, considerate, quiet at night, and tidy up after yourself.
In return, we will welcome you into our home, and offer you a comfortable, peaceful room.
Everything is in easy walking distance- shops, bus, trains, even the beaches.
Residents parking on the street.
Oh! And there's a cleaner for communal areas once a week included in your rent too.
