Large double room available in a well-kept 3-bedroom house in Barry, CF62 6JQ. The room will be offered unfurnished, although the current bed is shown to give an idea of the size — there’s plenty of space for a full bedroom setup plus additional furniture. If needed, I’d also be happy to provide furniture for the right tenant.
The house has a modern kitchen, spacious shared living/dining area, and a relaxed atmosphere throughout. I already have another room advertised, so there may potentially be another tenant in the property as well.
A bit about me: I work away fairly regularly, so I’m not always around, and I also spend time with my girlfriend. I have a friendly Labrador, and my partner has a cocker spaniel, so the house would suit someone comfortable around dogs.
