Furnished Double Room

We have a furnished double room available from 1st October 2015 in Barry.

We have two rooms occupied, one by a female and the other by a male and female (couple). The available room will be vacated in late September. All occupants are professionals working full time.

We have a shared lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom is shared between two rooms (one of the occupied rooms has an ensuite). We also have paved front and back gardens.

Preferably we are looking for someone who is sociable but respectful, clean and tidy and someone who is a professional.
