Double Room to Rent

Hi, I have a double room to rent in a friendly house share. There are 3 of us at the moment, including me and my partner and a lodger in one of the spare rooms. We are all working young professionals looking for a likeminded person to move in.

The bedroom available is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It is spacious and clean, as is the rest of the house. You would have shared use of the lounge/diner, kitchen and the bathroom (shared between you and the other lodger as my boyfriend and I have an en suite). We also have a garden and on street parking outside and we are less than 5 minutes walk from train and bus routes, the leisure centre and the town centre.

We want someone who can interact and socialise with us all as well as respect the need for privacy sometimes. In return we will provide you with a comfortable, laid back and friendly house.
