I'm looking for a housemate to rent my spare double bedroom.
The house consists of 2 large double bedrooms, large upstairs bathroom, large lounge/dinner, kitchen, a utility (junk!)room and garden.
I have two rescue dogs so I am looking for someone who is comfortable around animals.
The dogs have access to the house when I am home
and are kept in a separate room with access to the garden when I am out.
The house has a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen. The hall way is in the process of being painted but otherwise everything is new and clean.
The garden is paved and part is sectioned off for the dogs use. The garden does need some work and I plan to do this next summer.

- 4 minute walk from Jackson's bay and the main beach.
- 5 minute walk to the local train station.
- 10 miles from Cardiff with good transport links.
