Room for Rent Boverton

I have a spare room to rent, at the moment I am thinking about a single room but the double will be considered at £100 per week. I live in a very quiet street right in the corner, the house is detached so we get no noise from neighbours. I also have a "den" converted garage that can be used as a second sitting room for privacy etc. I have a family bathroom plus an additional toilet. There is parking for one car. Lovely area not far from town and the beach.
