Self Contained Flat

It's a terraced house which is split into two self contained units. As the owner, I live on the first floor which includes private kitchen, private bathroom and private living room. The available Ground floor contains two bedrooms, private bathroom, private kitchen, private living room and courtyard garden.

Please note this is only a short term let until I sell the property. Once I find a buyer, you'll be given minimum 1 month notice to vacate. This is not a completely private self contained unit, I will require access for sale viewings and if I need to access storage and/or shared facilities such as garden.

No pets, no smoking inside. I respect privacy, I expect the same back.

Working professional only. My preference is to rent to one person.

Rent includes WiFi , Council Tax and Water. Doesn't include Gas and Electric.
