Fantastic Recently Refurbished Property

We have a two double bedroom property situated on a quiet no through road. The property is an end terrace house, has a large drive (big enough for 6 cars) and a good sized rear garden.

The house has a modern fitted kitchen, a nice bathroom and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

In short, the property has a porch, hallway, fitted kitchen, lounge (which is big enough to have a dining room table in) with spiral staircase and patio doors leading to patio and garden.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one on the left and one on the right) and bathroom in the middle.

What we are looking for?

A couple or just 2 mates, who will look after the property and treat it as their home. We loved living here (but it was time to move on), and we want someone else who will love living there to move in.

The person(s) who move in need to be professionals only.

As the last tenants who lived here did some damage before moving out, we have had the downstairs professionally refurbished.

All we ask is that you pay the rent each month and on time.... It's not too much to ask surely! :)

Currently, the property is up on the market for sale, and therefore if you would like to rent and see what its like then this is fine, but we also ask you to allow viewings at the same time. In return, we will ask you to simply give us 1 months notice if you would like to move out. This is of course fully negotiable.
