One spacious, furnished double student bedroom available for rent in a 12 bed house in Cathays, Cardiff. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in the house as I’ve left university for now.

The bedroom comes with a bed & mattress, a desk & chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is deceptively large, feels a lot more spacious once you’re in there and has plenty of storage space.

The house is very close to Cardiff University’s Cathays campus, as well as the city centre and the Students’ Union (literally a 2 minute walk!).

The bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and chair, chest of drawers and bed - all you’ll need is bedding and the extras that’ll make it home.

There’s one large kitchen and living area downstairs as well as a smaller kitchenette upstairs so no need to worry about waiting too long to make food or storage. There’s multiple bathrooms in the house, so no long bathroom waits either. There’s also a garden out back which is shared with the neighbours so a really good opportunity to meet other students outside of those you live with. There is also parking available however it’s limited.

All of the other students on the tenancy are studying science subjects and are all lovely people, really easy to get along with.

There’s no deposit on the house, however the agency do require the last month’s rent (£340, June 2019) upfront and the agency fees (£75, so £415 total).
