The room has stunning real wood flooring, massive room, and has a super king size bed. Also comes with desk/desk chair, drawers, and double wardrobe a large wall mirror.

Bills are not included in price but come around £70/80 per month (may reduce now that it is summer).

I have till october 2018 ( you will be able to extend when the time comes) left on my contract but I have been offered a job with BA so need to move to london! Gutted I have to leave this gem of a room, as it so big and cheap! Hard to find in cardiff theses days.

I currently live with two lady's 1 personal trainer, and 1 PhD student.
They would like to meet you when you come to view the room as they will be deciding who moves in. Both house mates are really chilled, but they would rather not have someone who is also going to be load.

The house is a ten minute walk to city center, 2minute walk to city road, 6minute walk to Albany road. So you will never have to pay for taxis or buses lol.
