Housemate wanted in lovely 2 bed house in Canton

Hey,

I'm a female tenant renting a beautiful property situated only 25mins walk from city centre. The house is located in a desirable area in Canton and is just a couple minutes walk from the local shops, pubs, restaurants and also Chapter Arts Centre.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate female to live with. I don't mind living with a part time student, however, I would expect council tax bills to still be split equally (despite the exemption).

Rent is £335 per month excluding bills and there will be a bond to pay to the agency.

The room will be available from the 1st May.
