Double room to rent in 2bed house in Splott

Large double room with space for desk if required. Can come furnished, part furnished or unfurnished. I am looking to rent the spare room in my house to someone who is respectful and tidy but also knows how to let their hair down. I'm working full time whilst studying a masters part time, so need time to concentrate on the work but I like to go out and have a good old dance to let off some steam. I love house plants and now finally have a great sized garden to get stuck into, it would be great to find someone whos also keen to get involved!

The house has a great feel to it, comfortable and cosy. The room up for rent is the biggest out of the two and just needs someone to put their stamp on it to make it look great! It's going to be 450 all bills included and starting off with a 3month contract to make sure we get on before extending to whatever is most suitable.
