I'm a live in owner of a clean, comfortable 2 bed house which is located on a quiet estate in the Penylan area of Cardiff (off Colchester Avenue).
The house is in very good condition as it has had major renovation work done on it over the last 3 years (new kitchen/bathroom etc.).
The double room I'm renting out is fully furnished.
There is also wireless broadband and sky tv as well as off road parking.
Additional storage space available in garage and attic if required.
There is a nice little corner shop down the road called Sainsburys and the bus stop for town is only 5 minutes walk away.
I have shared my house before and to-date it has always worked out well.
