Friendly Double En-Suite Room with Parking

I am looking for a young professional to move into a double bed room with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a parking space.

My flatmate and myself are clean but also pretty laid back, enjoy going out for house meals or just staying in watching a film.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and will fit into our quiet but sociable house.

I have lived in the house for three years now and really love it. The area is quiet and safe. Canton is a lovely area with parks and trails down the river (great for runs and cycle rides). There's space in the hall to keep your bike dry and safe.

The house stays warm during the winter and has fast internet. Recently refurbished, we haven't had any problems with the house and if something has broken the landlord has fixed it straight away.
