Fully equipped shared kitchen, shared bathroom and living room. There is also shared garden patio space at the back of the house.

On street Parking, a resident permit can be provided from local council for additional £30 per year. Strictly no smoking/vaping or similar for health reason.

2 permanent tenants at the moment living in two of the double rooms. Single room is kept empty for Landlord personal use. Both tenants are very friendly and easy going professionals.
