We have a double bedroom on the first floor in our shared terraced house available. It is offered unfurnished. The house is only 8 years old, well insulated (NO MOLD ISSUES!!) and has central heating. It is very spacious with a total of 4 bedrooms (2 of them en-suite), one family bathroom, large modern kitchen, large living room, 3 storage rooms, a downstairs toilet and a garden to the back.
The property is located just off North Rd in a very quiet location, 10min walk from the UHW, 20 minute walk to Cardiff Uni or Cardiff Met, close to amenities on Whitchurch Road and a 2 minute walk from a small Tesco. There's also a bus stop just outside with regular services to town (or alternatively town is about a 30 minute walk away). Bute Park is pretty much just across the road and we are about 1 minute drive away from the A48.
Free off road parking is also available in front of the house.

We are looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months.

- The cost of the room is £345 per month, including electricity, gas, internet, water and TV license
- We split the council tax bills between us when we get them
- No bond
