Beautiful Bright Room in the heart of Roath

Me - Easy going, hard working professional who loves the house/area you could live in, my partner stays a few nights a week and are both very personable people. I'm looking for someone who can just be part of the furniture fit in, chill and have a glass of wine now and again. No long term lets over six months and short term also considered.

Room - Double Furnished - Bed, Chairs, Mirrored Wardrobe and storage, Mirror, Curtains etc. Room has use of shared bathroom not en suite. Bedding/towels can be supplied if needed.

Shared Facilities - Living room with Netflix/Amazon Fire Stick, Kitchen with all mod cons inc coffee machine. Use of all appliances inc washing machine. Bathroom has bath and electric shower.

Storage - Plenty of cupboard space in all part of the home.

Outside - On street parking, Garage and lovely private garden area. So plenty of outdoor space/storage.

Area - In the heart of Roath so shops, lake and restaurants on the doorstep and only 15 min walk into town.
