I have a double room available to rent in a 2 bedroom house, which is located approx 1 mile from Culverhouse Cross. The house has parking in the form of a driveway.

It is an ideal location for commuting, as there is easy access to the M4, but there is also a regular bus service directly to Cardiff city centre.

I am a 29 year old female who is friendly, clean and tidy and am looking to share with a professional male or female aged between 25 and 35 who is friendly, clean and tidy. The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobes. House is fully furnished.

The house is very modern and has broadband, a nice garden with decking, lawn and a washing line.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and plenty of crockery.

The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
