The house includes a cosy living room and a spacious open-plan kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and separate dining table. There is also a little garden perfect for BBQs!

The house is situated within walking distance of the centre of Cardiff and Cardiff Central station and is a very short walk from the amenities of Newport Road, including several shops, bus stops and easy road links to the motorway.

There is plenty of non-permit parking outside the house.

The existing housemates are very friendly, and would like to find someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. There's space in the rooms for a desk so would suit mature students or anyone else who has to work from home.

Council tax and water are included in the rent.
