The house is huge, and spacious, so doesn't feel crowded. There are three shared bathrooms, renovated 2018 to a high standard. The communal areas are cleaned as part of the bills, and there is a washing machine.
Tenants who live at this property are all hard working professionals, reasonably career minded, and independent. They are on the quiet side but do look after each other.
We are owner landlords, we don't use an agent, don't charge any fees to move in, and maintain our properties to a standard we would live in ourselves. Contracts are a minimum of six months in all cases.
Viewings are available by contacting us below, we need 48 hours notice to plan and advise tenant. We don't do viewings on Sundays.
