I'm an arts professional looking for a new flatmate in this gorgeous and modern two-bedroom first-floor flat. Even though its only two minutes away from the vibrancy of City Road and five minutes away from Cardiff City Centre its a property in a very quiet location, with a free parking space included as part of the tenancy.

I'm a very relaxed and easy-going flatmate - as long as the flat is tidy and there's milk in the fridge, I'm happy! I'm a writer and an arts critic so I'm pretty outgoing but, at times, also need to shut myself away to work. I love cooking, and cooking for people, but also enjoy the odd takeaway now and then. I spend a lot of time going to the theatre, the cinema, etc. but I also enjoy sitting at home, bingeing on a TV show or listening to a podcast.

If you share any of my interests, great, but it's not important. More than anything else, I'd like a clean, tidy and easy-going flatmate, someone who wants their house to feel like a home. And of course, I'd only consider someone who won't have a problem paying the rent every month.
