We have two 1 Bedroom Apartments on Magretian Place, Lloyd George Avenue.

1 Mile to Cardiff City Centre and half a mile to Cardiff Bay's Mermaid Quay.

Each apartment is fully furnished and bills inclusive. Perfect for those working on deployment to Cardiff for a week or a month or two.

Rates are
Short stays of 2-5 nights £90 per night
£70 per night based on 7 nights stay over Winter
£65 per night based on stays of 28 nights / 4 weeks or longer.

Kitchen is fully equipped. bed linen and towels are provided. For bookings of 2 weeks and longer we offer a weekly service clean where the apartment has the floors vacuumed, bed linen changed and bed made and bathroom cleaned and towels changed for clean ones.

Each apartment has internet and NOWTV subscription for premium SKY Channels and Box sets.

Parking is available in the secure car park (subject to availability)
