The apartment has a lovely open plan living room/kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The property has a contemporary feel and is stylishly decorated with good quality furniture and fittings. The bedroom shown in the picture is the one that is available. Parking is readily available on the street outside and there is bike storage at the rear of the property. All bills are included in the monthly cost as is regular cleaning of communal areas.
