1 Large Double Room (Short Term Let- Max 3 Months)

I have a large double room available for a short-term let (minimum 1 month stay, up to 3 months...). The room will be available from 23rd October.

This is a very spacious room with a comfy double bed, desk & flat screen TV.

£400 per month, all bills included.

Couples welcome - rent would be £500 per month for couples.

I work from home and am looking for full-time working professionals/contractors whose daily work routines will match up fairly closely with my own Mon-Fri, 9 - 5ish working routine (so no night-shifts & no students, sorry).

HOUSE:

The house is a small, old-style mid-terraced - it is slightly in need of a bit of upgrading in places, but it is very clean, tidy and well kept. There is also a piano which you're welcome to play if you're a musician.

There is a small shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen, shared dining room and a shared downstairs bathroom.

LOCATION:

The house is in a peaceful, residential area of Cardiff.

Only 4 mins walk to Llandaff North train station, which has regular trains taking you into Cathays within 5 mins, or Cardiff Central within about 10 minutes).

2 mins walk from Hailey Park and the Taff Trail, which leads into Bute Park, taking you into central Cardiff if you fancy walking / cycling / jogging!

I'm freelance and mostly work from home.

Outside of work I like music, playing trumpet, piano, generally creative things...and, as of fairly recently, it seems that I also like doing exercise, yoga & getting fit & healthy!

I'm looking for pleasant, peaceful, friendly people who are very clean and tidy in the communal areas of the house.
