The house is situated in a prime location in the student area of Cathays, within walking distance of all necessary amenities. This includes:
- 60 second walk from the Student's Union
- 3 Minute walk to the nearest supermarket, Lidl
- Various pubs and entertainment venues around the corner
- 15 Minute walk to Cardiff City Centre
- 6 Minute walk to Cardiff University's Main Building
- 2 Minute walk around the corner to the train-station
- An ideal location for all students.

The room itself it situated on the top floor of the house, neighbouring only one other bedroom, and a conveniently placed bathroom and shower. The room is equipped with all necessary furniture, including a Queen Bed, Chest of drawers, Wardrobe, Bedside table, desk and chair. The room also has a large window and mirrors, allowing for a lot of natural light.

The house is well furnished and across the 3 floors it contains various amenities that include:

- 4 Showers
- 6 Toilets
- 1 Bath
- 2 Kitchens
- A Large ground floor living area, containing a TV
- Outside Patio

There are 2 kitchens within the house. One on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. Between them they are equipped with 3 Ovens, 3 Fridges, 3 Hobs, 2 Dishwashers and 2 Washer-Dryers. Meaning there is never any waiting to use any of the facilities.

The house is comprised of an eclectic mix of 9 Cardiff University students from across the globe (with everyone speaking English), including places like Spain, Romania, Wales, England, and Poland. Everybody is extremely friendly and personable, such that any new housemate would be welcome and integrate easily. Some of the studied subjects include architecture, english, philosophy, computer science, and business.

This is an ideal place for a student who is social and wants a true Uni experience!
