Near city centre / convenient and comfortable

I am looking for an independent and reliable female who is friendly and trustworthy. I am flexible around length of stay etc and willing to negotiate any special requests.

I have a background in art education and am passionate about creativity and education. I am friendly (!) and welcoming - and love that people make use of the house to live and do what they need to.

Located within very easy distance from shops and bus transport - 25 minutes walking from the railway station and city centre. It is no more than 4 minutes walk away from Chapter Arts Centre which has a flourishing cinema, cafe etc.

The street is quiet and safe. The house has a light feel to it and there is a large kitchen which opens onto the small garden at the back - super sunny in the summer.
