5 Bedroom House (3 rooms rented out)

5 Bedroom House but only renting 3 rooms out. The room to rent currently holds a single bed but it can be switched to a double without issue. We are mainly looking for a student, however professionals are also welcome although you would be paying council tax alone which would come to roughly an extra £100-150 a month. It is deducted as you would be living with students.

The house is a large, spacious house, with a large garden, living room. A well sized kitchen, along with one bathroom and one toilet room. The room for rent also has a sink in the room for convenience. Free parking out front, never much issue with parking.

Only a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. With rental bikes close as another option. Close to convenient stores, restaurants, pubs and gym.
