Single or double room available to rent

We currently have two single bedrooms spare in our large 4 bedroom house and are looking to rent one of them out. Alternatively we have a second lounge which could also be used as a double bedroom providing you have your own furnauture (single bed and wardrobe could be brought down from one of the spare rooms upstairs). The house is a semi detached extended property with wrap around garden and side access. The property has a large kitchen diner, utility room, two lounges, and two bathrooms.
All bills including unlimited gas/electicity/water usage, broadband and virgin TV.
The house is ideally situated in the village of Llanishen, a short walk away from Heath high level train station and on many bus routes, also within easy access of the M4/A470 for any commuters.

We are both 24 year old female working professionals, very clean and tidy and easy going. We would love someone to join us.
We are looking for someone available from January until the end of our tenancy in June 2018, however we may extend the tenancy.
