Lovely double en-suite room to rent in Cardiff

Hey!

We are looking for a person to fill a double room room in a 4 bed house share.

The room is a good size, and it comes furnished with bed, two bedside tables, two shelves, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe in a modern, three story house. There is a spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. We also have a small but snug living room with 2 sofas and a television! In this room you are lucky enough to have your very own en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, toilet and sink! There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. We're also lucky enough to have a garden with a BBQ for when the weather heats up!

House is in the Roath/Pen-y-lan area, which is really lovely and quiet, it’s near loads of big supermarkets, a 24 hour gym, and easy bus links into the centre.

You'd be living with 2 male and 1 female housemates, all really friendly, sociable but respectful of each others space. We are working professionals so the house tends to be chilled during the week but livens up at the weekend.
