Friendly professionals wanted for a minimum 6 month contract to join this 3 bedroom, fully furnished house .

1 from 6th March
1 from 25th March (but can be flexible)

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers.

Downstairs is the kitchen with dining area, separate living room and bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is a handy spare room we use for storage, bedrooms and a separate toilet. To the rear is a small back garden, and patio.

On street parking available.

15/20 minutes’ walk to Cardiff city centre and to the train station.

Bills are approx 100 per month.

We are two friendly, full-time professionals. We are sociable, outgoing and enjoy spending time together as a house. Looking for a like-minded housemate.
