Room 1: £475 pcm
Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bed, bedside table and a desk (photos to be provided)
Comes with separate own bathroom (although not en-suite)

The flat is managed by a landlady, so you won't be asked to pay agency fees.

Even though this is in the Brewery Quarter you'll be pleased to know the sound engineering is top-notch and it's very nice and quiet once you're inside the flat (even on rugby days).

The minimum term for this flat is 6 months.
