Spacious En Suite Double Room Available September

A modern home in a quiet culdesac in Llandaff North on the edge of a large green space, Hailey Park and the Taff Trail.

The room is bright, light and contemporary. It has a comfy king bed, dressing area with 3 double wardrobes, dressing table, chest of drawers and armchair. Furniture is modern and white. Wifi & bills are included. The en suite is modern and clean with walk in shower, sink and w/c.

The shared accommodation is spacious and open plan, tidy, modern and cosey. The kitchen is very well equipped as I am a bit of a foodie.

Guests will often have the house to themselves as my husband and I spend most of our time in our second home in West Wales.

My son is studying at uni in Manchester and will only use the house during his holidays. He has the second first floor double bedroom.

We converted the garage into a room some time ago as a bedroom for my son when I offered accommodation to two homestay guests. I did this for 5 years and we loved having people to stay with us.

My husband and I will stay in the downstairs bedroom when we stay at the property.

I love to cook a range of cuisines. Lodgers are always welcome to join us if I am cooking at no extra cost as I love to entertain! 😁

We are just by the Taff Trail cycle and walk path which follows the river Taff to the city centre (20mins ride) and Cardiff Bay beyond (30mins). The trail also spans North to Castell Coch and the Wenallt woods, Caerphilly, Pontypridd and Merthyr so it's an ideal location for bike lovers!

The house is very accessible. It is just 5 minutes from the M4 (junction 32) and the A48. A park and ride train station to Cardiff City centre is a 10min walk and a bus stop a 5 minute walk.
