Homely and Comfy Double Room with Professionals

A first floor, quiet, rear facing double room is available in my end of terrace house in Heath/Gabalfa near the University Heath Hospital. A good choice of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Easy links into centre. The room comes with it's own shower room and toilet. There is another tenant who rents the ground floor double room and we get on really well. He works for the university. I'm 35, a barrister and café owner and we are looking for a friendly and sociable tenant to join our house. We love our food and g+ts and sharing around the dinner table. House and room is very well equipped and has all the expected mod cons. All bills included and on street resident parking available.
