It is in an ideal location for students in Cardiff University, located just off of the popular, Woodville Road and just over a 5 minute walk to Cardiff University Students Union and Main Building. A 5 minute walk to Lidl and Sainsburys' and a 3 minute walk to the pub.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the white goods - freezer/fridge, washing-machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave.
Available to move into ASAP. The contract is until the end of June, however this can be negotiated with the other current tenants as they are living there next year also.
The photos I have are when I was moving out - so it won't be that messy when you arrive! If you want videos of the house please get in touch as I can only upload photos.
