One double bedroom available in Cathays/Roath area of Cardiff with two female flatmates. Perfect for student or professionals. Cardiff uni main building about 10-15 min walk. 15-20 min walk into city centre/train station. Managed by Keylet, tenancy runs out on 28/06/2019.

Room has two chest of drawers, wardrobe and a double bed. There is no desk currently but I’d be happy to sort out a desk if it’s needed! Shared bathroom and communal living space with flat screen TV, large sofa and plenty of cooking space. There’s also a washer/dryer. Flat also has bike storage and on street parking.

Bills are £33 pm (including electricity/water/internet).

My old flatmates are happy to offer viewings to prospective tenants.

Had to move out due to a change in circumstance but the flat is so lovely and it’s a shame that I can’t be there anymore!
